Where is the info and/or link to the indoor plant starting set-up you mentioned on the KUOW show sometime within the last 2 months? The one involving an Ikea bookshelf, etc ?

I have spent about 30 minutes just now on Diggin Food trying to find something re this and have had no luck.

Please advise.
