Hey, just a quick question--what size is the tomato cage? I was thinking of building one of your "super sturdy squash trellises" to grow cukes up, but since I've never grown them I don't know how bit the plants will ultimately be. Any guideline to how tall they can get?

I love these japanese kind. I tried to start them from seed this year, but my planting area got shaded by my loganberries, didn't grow at all... Next year, I'll add one or more raised bed to secure sunny space for cucumber! When did you sow seed this year? Started indoor?
