Nikki McClure's 2009 calendar is already hung on our office wall. I absolutely love her work and cannot believe she has the patience to handcut all that gorgeous work. But thank goodness she does!

Penny--I'm so glad that you find DigginFood interesting and relevant. I'm planning some fun new additions for 2009 so stay tuned.

Amy--I'm sorry you're suffering from a lack of good tacos. The taco bus is located in White Center on 16th a few blocks south of 106th on the east side of the street. There is also a very good taco truck in Wallingford parked in the Winchell's Doughnut Shop parking lot. They have great tamales, but they usually sell out before noon!

Willie - just wanted to wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season. It is so beautiful outside in the cold! I also want to tell you how much I love your site - your recipes are great and the gardening advice is just what we need as first time gardeners. We are learning a lot from you!
